The Scientific Consciousness Interface Operations System (SCIO) is an automatic, computer-operated non-invasive active therapeutic device that combines bioresonance and biofeedback fields for body analysis and energy balancing. It is a stress management system that measures electrophysiological reactions and patterns through a ‘harness’ of electro-magnetic electrodes attached to the head, ankles, and wrists, which are cataloged, tabulated, and fed back to the individual. The system’s software is programmed to autofocus to the patient’s body electric to reduce electro-stress and provide lifestyle advice – all of this to promote wellness and to educate the patient as to live healthy style choices.
The SCIO is designed to correct the manifestation of stress and/or electro-stress patterns within the individual at the most primal of physiological levels. Studies have shown that people who are over-stressed produce different patterns of brain waves than do people who are not over-stressed, and that reversal of that stress, in particular through techniques such as biofeedback training that employs the individual in controlling their return to stress-free living, can result in the abnormal patterns becoming normal. The device works on the theory that stress disrupts the inherent electromagnetic frequencies at which the body’s cells, organs, etc. resonate and that by returning these frequencies to their natural state, the stress and any subsequent illness that occurred because of the disruption can be corrected.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) boosts your levels of oxygen absorption in a pressurized chamber. Cancer cannot survive in oxygen, so the resulting massive dose of oxygen helps kill cancer cells.
By bombarding your system with oxygen in this way, every pore, organ, and tissue will be fully oxygenated, thus promoting system-wide healing!
Hydrogen Treatments
Hydrogen gas (H2) plays a big role in our bodies including anti-inflammatory, anti-reactive, and anti-tumoral effects. Recent studies are showing a growing acceptance of the fact that hydrogen gas helps suppress tumor formation and replication of cancer cells. Hydrogen gas has even been shown to alleviate the unpleasant side-effects of chemotherapy in cancer patients.
Intravenous Phosphatidylcholine
Intravenous Phosphatidylcholine is used for treating cancer at our clinic in Mexico. As scientific discoveries progress, cancer is now thought to be a metabolic/mitochondrial disease, not necessarily a genetic disease.
Phosphatidylcholine (PC) is an effective treatment because it promotes healthy cell membranes, eliminates cholesterol plaques, and is good “brain food.”
Understanding the role DNA has in how cancer spreads (video), it is clear how important it is for cell membranes to regulate DNA expression so that mutations such as cancer are curbed.
Healthy cell membranes can turn on and off DNA. DNA is nothing more than a library of books. Books don’t think. DNA is like the hard drive in your computer. The cell membranes are like your keyboard for your computer. The cell membranes are what controls what proteins will be made from the cell’s DNA. In this way, cancer cells will not be allowed to reproduce.
Pancreatic Enzymes
Administering pancreatic enzymes (per the Dr. Beard Protocol) is another cancer therapy at our Holistic Bio Spa clinic in Mexico.

Glutathione (GSH) is a very powerful antioxidant, and it is one of the most important free radical scavengers in the human body.
We find glutathione treatments especially important for our cancer and Lyme disease patients. Glutathione is also one of our main protocols for our Parkinson’s disease patients. We may use an IV and a nebulizer to help the glutathione circulate the bloodstream and cross the blood-brain barrier.

Exercise With Oxygen Therapy (EWOT)
Oxygen reduces the stress your body will endure. Stress is an oxygen killer. Lack of oxygen kills cells and slows down brain function and other organs. We are all aging due to enzymatic system failures which are responsible for the body’s uptake and utilization of oxygen. If a cell is deprived of oxygen, it dies. If the cells die, you slowly start to die. If this happens often enough, you begin to age (and fast). In fact, cancer thrives in oxygen-poor environments.
Exercise in a mild form helps most of our cancer patients. Some patients with severe metastatic cancer should not exercise. Even walking 15-30 minutes a day will help one with cancer.
We like to have our cancer patients exercise on a mini trampoline for 10 minutes while breathing pure oxygen and then do the FAR-Infrared sauna. The exercise helps them detoxify more efficiently.

Hyper Oxygenation
Proper levels of oxygen are super important so we use several methods and treatments to saturate your system with oxygen. Statistics show that 100% of cancer patients hyperventilate. Christian Bohr, a Danish physiologist, discovered the Bohr effect in 1904 (not to be confused with his equation, the Bohr equation). He found that the oxygen-hemoglobin dissociation curve is inversely related both to acidity and to the concentration of carbon dioxide in the alveoli.
Carbon dioxide reacts with water to form carbonic acid. Increasing alveolar CO2 results in a decrease in blood pH causing hemoglobin to release oxygen. Conversely, a decrease in carbon dioxide causes an increase in pH, which results in hemoglobin binding to more oxygen. There has to be 6.5% carbon dioxide in the alveoli for oxygen to be released from hemoglobin. When one mouth breathes, there is a respiratory alkalosis, and the body has to compensate by dumping magnesium and potassium in the urine causing metabolic acidosis.
Shallow breathing actually increases total body oxygen more than deep breathing. A patient can take a three day Buteyko breathing course and do the exercises, which isn’t easy, or they can purchase the Frolov breathing device. The Frolov breathing device has you breathe under the resistance of water. As your breathing gets corrected, you can increase the amount of water (resistance) in the device. The hypothalamus reaches a new set point, and can now tolerate a higher CO2 concentration. People may eventually only breathe 5-8 breaths per minute because they get more oxygen per breath.

Iodine Treatments
All of our cells need iodine. Iodine makes thyroid hormone and it helps to eradicate bacteria, viral and fungal infections.
If we are not supplementing with iodine in milligram amounts, we are deficient in iodine. All of our patients take Lugol’s iodine. In the very rare case that they are allergic to Lugol’s iodine, they can be made tolerant in one or a few 5-minute acupressure treatments.
